League Bowler Un-employed relief fund program.

Rules:

1. You must have been a league bowler in the 2008/09 bowling season at Pro Bowl.
2. You must be un employed to sign up.( Please no winter layoffs or seasonal workers accepted)
3. You must send in the League Bowler Unemployed Form each month of the 2009/2010 bowling season. Click here to download form.
4. You must send in your unemployment check stub. Your name and the latest check stub date must be present, please remove any indication of the pay you receive.
5. This is a discreet program, only upper Pro Bowl Management has access to this information.

Pro Bowl will send by mail, Pro Bowl BUCKS for the cost of your league bowling fee per night. Please understand we cannot give you cash and we cannot allow Pro Bowl bucks to be used in league envelopes; however we feel you can use this for drink or food purchased on your league night. We will compensate you dollar for dollar.
